In project accomplishment, human and non-human resources are collected and organized in an effective way.</p>

Tactical planning is another name of operational planning and it is done in organizational structure to accomplish the activities in an effective way. Time constraints are very much involved in applying this type of planning in practice. Operational planning is usually applied in functional areas of a business including production, marketing, sales and finance/budgeting.</p>
<p>Strategic planning is involved with top management of the organization. In strategic planning process, strategies and directions are determined, goals and objectives are set, resources are allocated and decisions are made to get desired outcomes of organizational management. Strategic planning can be said as a formal consideration of organizational future action course.</p>
<p>Types of planning may classified according to certain organizational structure and situation but without planning an individual or organization cannot accomplish and organize tasks and activities. That’s why planning is called first step of organizational management process.</p>

People who are responsible for applying management theories and practices must practice organization to work efficiently. Organizing is basic part of organizational and managerial skills. Following are some basic characteristics of management function organizing:</p>

Creativity and innovation is such a factor that each business requires grooming in the industry. Before more discussion on this topic, I will give you separate definitions of both these words creativity and innovation. However both these words are usually used synonymously but they are different. Creativity means coming up with any thought and idea that is totally different than already exist. Innovation means to add value the existing idea with something new. Anyhow creativity and innovation go hand in hand at workplace and these are the skills that help to grow the business. Workplace innovation and creativity strive you to move forward and to be success. Here is general discussion about importance and role of creativity in workplace.</p>
<p>Creativity and innovation at workplace is directly related to all employees of the organization and they should be kept engaged in brainstorming. It is very important for employees to let them work independently but having a sense of responsibility to accomplish the task in an effective way. Brainstorming will help employees thinking critically in dealing with all their matters and solving issues. Employees must know the rules and agenda of running project and task before bringing their new ideas for betterment and effectiveness. Encouragement of employees is very important in helping them coming up with new ideas and thoughts regarding any issue. It may happen a new idea of any employee change the face of critical condition relaxation for all.</p>
<p>In any critical condition or project, it is essential to gather ideas and thoughts of all the employees and then considered them that best fit to solve the problem. <li>Clear communication is also a key aspect regarding principles of effective management. <li>Without accountability, an organization or business cannot meet its challenges efficiently. It is very important accountability of important dates, deadlines and numbers. <li>A highly established information system is also a principle of effective management.  All the employees must have access to all relevant information related to their task and responsibilities for effective performance. There must not be any hurdle in getting relevant information for all.</li>
<li>Performance appraisal system is also a key aspect of effective management and this is very much related to encouragement and motivation of employees that is necessary to increase profitability, production and performance. <li>It is also very important to be available and approachable in case of managing any issue. This rule must be applied to each level of management. Employees work in the organization as chain so there must be effective coordinating and communication among all.</li>
