Creativity and innovation at workplace is directly related to all employees of the organization and they should be kept engaged in brainstorming. It is very important for employees to let them work independently but having a sense of responsibility to accomplish the task in an effective way. Employees must know the rules and agenda of running project and task before bringing their new ideas for betterment and effectiveness. Having positive environment and good working condition can help employees generating new ideas and thoughts that can be very helpful at workplace. Employees must be empowered with regard of their performance and efficiency to motivate them in coming up with creative ideas and innovative techniques to deal the matters.
